个人简介
来齐齐,河南新乡人,副教授。2015年7月份获西安电子科技大学密码学专业博士学位。2011年3月份获西安电子科技大学密码学专业硕士学位。2008年7月份获解放军信息工程大学信息安全专业学士学位。
